If you follow me on Twitter and Facebook then you know that for the majority of last week I didn’t have cable or Internet access. Why? Because the brilliant folks at Comcast somehow figured out how to fix all of the outages, which were a result of the storm, by cutting off those who weren’t affected by the outages. (Yea, you figure that one out!)
An-t-way, last Monday, I was so on target for getting my work completed and accomplishing personal tasks. Things were scheduled and flowing nicely. I left my home office to do the afternoon carpooling then when I made it home and settled in to complete my work everything came to a sudden halt.
As the week progressed I got further and further behind on everything and totally lost my mojo flow (I’m sure you know what that is)… then when I finally tried to get to work over the weekend (when the Internet was FINALLY restore!), I stared at my laptop screen as if I had no idea what it was. I almost feel like I’ve just come off of an hiatus or something, and I’m waiting for my brain to kick in.
So… this post is my attempt to get the brain into gear. I better work fast because it won’t be long now before my next door neighbor comes back from taking all of the kids to school and we need to catch up on a few things. Then I have to go to a meeting. … But, to update you, I’m back to having three young children – instead of four – to take care of. So things are relatively back to normal.
How is your week going so far?
