My oldest daughter, 19-year-old Amber, has had about six cell phones since she’s been old enough to have one at about the age of 14. For varying reasons she’s changed services or phone. Most recently, she and her godfather were looking for a provider that offers reliable, affordable coverage and service from her college campus.
The decided on Boost Mobile, which is popular for their no contract, prepaid unlimited, pay as you go phone plans. From what I’ve heard from them it seems like a convenient and reasonable service to have. Boost Mobile also has an easy way to add funds to customers’ accounts through what they call Re-Boost. Customers can “re-boost” their phones online, in person at a local store or over the phone using a debit or credit card. It’s that simple.
Boost is not only convenient, but it’s up to date as well. Boost Mobile has Blackberry with unlimited nationwide text, talk, web and email. These do-it-all phones are really popular especially with the ability to link you directly to your Twitter or Facebook accounts. Nowadays it’s important for a lot of people to be able to connect to social media from their phones because they’re able to keep in immediate contact with friends and family. I know I haven’t gotten that advanced yet and I’m not sure if my daughter updates her Facebook account from her Boost Mobile, but just knowing it’s possible is cool for me. To make it even sweeter, Boost devices offer unlimited connectivity to Facebook for one price per month.
What about you, are you updating your social media from your phone?
