I’ve never thought of myself as a luxury car kind of girl. Oh, sure, I have my occasional daydream about being chauffeured around in a limo or dating a man who rides in a plush car that rides so smoothly you feel like you’re sitting still. But I’m more of a truck kind of girl. An SUV to be exact. I like to sit up high and Bogart the road. Intimidate people. Of course, I like a truck that rides and feels like a car. LOL… Call me crazy.
After taking a look at the mercedes benz 2010 E550 Sedan I started to rethink the luxury car thing. The car looks sexy to me. You know, sleek, smooth and upscale. You know that’s important! It has a 382-horsepower 5.5 liter V8 engine (stuff that impresses the guys), semi-active suspension with sport and comfort modes (I am assuming I know what that does), rear-seat entertainment system, in-dash six-disc DVD/CD changer (oh, the options!), front seats with 14-way adjustment and multiple lumbar positions (perfect for long rides), driver seat with massage, split-folding rear seat, option for all-wheel drive and, of course, leather interior. That’s just the beginning.
The more I talk about it and read about it, the more I want one. Yea, it’s just my car lust flaring up, but one has to admit that it is a nice ride. Can’t you just picture me cruising in that baby? Seat perfectly adjusted and HEATED! Music swirling around my big head and the kids quietly sitting in the back enjoying the ride.

Ok, Petula, I'm a dreamer as well, but not for Benz's. I've worked with many folks who can afford them but I have to say, they are a gorgeous ride when they are out of the shop and on the road! I once asked my friend why he kept buying cars that he ended up making more trips to and from the repair shop in than being able to actually enjoy the car....he said it's a status thing...huh??? You've got to be kidding! Anyway I thought I'd add my 2 cents. Course if someone gave the car to me I would never turn it down! Ha.
I'm a truck girl. The bigger the better. I like to be high up off the road, not to boast but well I'm short and I want to see where I'm going without too much blockage. And less headlights in my eyes. Now how do I get a 3500 3/4 ton Dodge Ram with extended crew cab!?? whoooo!
So yea I went and looked at that mercedes and it is fine :)
It looks just fine...and I might have agreed, but I want 3 month kids and they wont hold in that car...but yea. tis a nice ride. :)
