Monday's Muse - meeting inspiration halfway

My friend at Maternal Spark talks today about meeting inspiration halfway. I loved her post and the quote she used by Sigmund Freud (You'll have to pop over and read it for yourself.)

So I thought about how I am going to meet inspiration this week. I think my halfway point is going to be my mini-vacation and trip to my home state for the Thanksgiving holiday and weekend.

I am so excited to be able to see my BFF again, visit my mommy and relax that it seems like the days are dragging by. Although I hope I can get everything accomplished that needs to be done before I go, I am anxious to spend almost five days relaxing and focusing on myself. My oldest daughter went to Texas this morning and the younger kids will be staying with their father. (I get Christmas this year.)

When I return I am hoping to bring some creativity and relaxation back with me. And that, my friends, is how I'm going to meet inspiration halfway. What are you going to do?

If you like my Monday Muses (and even if you don't. LOL), feel free to read more of them now. To visit the brilliant mind behind this weekly post/meme, visit Maternal Spark.
