Keeping track, checking in

My health and weight loss journal

To say I've been stressed the last few days (uh, maybe a week!) is an understatement. I haven't gotten much sleep and my dietary habits haven't been the best. Those two things alone can hinder weight loss... so I'm blaming them on the fact that my weight is still the same as it was at last week's weigh in.

I guess I won't beat myself up too badly since I did ride the exercise bike twice; however, I think that was counterbalanced by some little hindrances. Like the extra yummy peanut butter cookies that my teenager made or the birthday cake from my son's impromptu gathering.

So there have been a couple of things in my way, but the good news is I haven't gained any weight and I still think I look hot! :D ... Hey nothing like a little modesty (not!) to give me a boost.

I've been doing pretty good with remembering to use my Sensa. When I first tried it I really think I could see how it enhanced the flavor of the food. I'm not worried that it hasn't helped me lose weight yet though because on average women who use Sensa see results less quickly than men.

I am excited that Sensa has been so generous to offer everyone a 15 percent discount on any order and free ground shipping. Just use the code ROCKETXL at checkout. The Sensa Weight-Loss System was founded by Dr. Alan R. Hirsch, a neurologist and psychiatrist who specializes in the treatment of smell and taste loss. He is also the Neurological Director of the Smell & Taste Treatment and Research Foundation in Chicago, Illinois, a faculty member in the Department of
Medicine at Mercy Hospital and Medical Center and assistant professor in the Department of Neurology and Department of Psychiatry at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center.

Dr. Hirsch's entire career has been dedicated to studying the sensory system of the human body and he has more than 20 years of research regarding the impact of smell and taste on weight loss, which led him to develop the patent-pending technology used in the Sensa Weight-Loss System. He has helped create the sensory experiences for thousands of products and places like the refreshing fragrance of your favorite shampoo to the welcoming scent in a hotel lobby.
