Give Me Five Monday #28


This weeks topic is...

Give Me Five ways to fit exercise into your life.

1. Chasing after my 1, 3 and 4 year olds.
2. Dancing with my teenager. (I think I'm getting pretty good at doing the Beyonce booty shake! LOL!)
3. Getting up during commercials to do chores.
4. Doing five minutes of jumping jacks when I get up from my desk to get a drink of water.
5. Instead of carrying a laundry basket full of clothes to the back of the house I walk back and forth quickly to put the items away.
