I just had a 'duh' moment!

For the longest time I've been wondering how folks are changing the colors of their font, centering text and doing all kinds of stuff in their blog posts. Well, tonight when I was doing the Red Rose Award post I wanted to center the text like everyone else had and I couldn't figure it out. I pressed CTRL + C, but that didn't work so I just sat staring at the screen.

"It has to be here somewhere," I thought as I scratched my head. "What does this do?" I asked myself as I clicked the "compose" tab, which switched me from the "edit HTML" tab. And there, as plain as day, were all the functions I'd been looking for all of this time.

This is probably the mode I needed to be in to do some of those memes that Carrie and Tammy had passed to me. It's also probably what Tammy (or was it Carrie?) was trying to tell me the last time I asked how to do something.

Oh well, I'll just blame it on being physically and emotionally drained. Yea, that's it. And, yes, to the smarty pants in the back who said that I must have been physically and emotionally drained for the past year! :-) I'm normally very intelligent.

(I'm sure all you Blogger users are cracking up about now! LOL.)

  1. It took me a few months to figure it out too. I was stuck in the HTML mode for the longest time until I was playing around on it one day and said I wonder what this does. We have all been there before. :o)

  2. Hehe...this post is cute. It is just one of those situations. We have all been there. But at least you know now! =)

  3. Petula, you make me laugh- big time!!!

i guess everyone has gone thru this phase, sooner or later! LOL when I started blogging, it was pretty much the same thing.

What's up men & women of my world! I am all a-giggle that you decided to comment. You're what make this world go 'round... ya know? This "world." I love you! Smooches. :-)
