Need a writer?

Do you need a writer? You've come to the right place. I have about 14 years experience as a writer/editor and it would be my pleasure to work with you.

I write product and book reviews, magazine articles, profiles, web content, book proposals, newsletters as well as provide ghostwriting services. I also provide general editing and proofreading services for individuals, businesses and organizations.

If you have a product or book you'd like reviewed or have pricing or general questions, please send an email to petulawrites@yahoo.com.

Dear Petula,

My name is Christina Wigren, but I call myself "Anna" when commenting and writng on my jewellery-blog "Anna's Adornments".

I found my way to your blog thanks to a link that Lin of "Duck and Wheel with String" had when presenting a meme that you had had some weeks ago.

I don't know exactly if there is something I would like to ask you or not. I just thought that I would introduce myself, say "Hello" and tell you that I like what I read on your blog. I have a gut-feeling that you might be a good person to work with, but I don't know the "when", "what" or "if" of how that could be.

I grew up in Virginia, but have spent most of my adult life in Sweden. I have been toying with different projects involving writing and/or translation without getting anything published.

I have a BFA in graphic design from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond Virginia and earned my living with visual communications for many years.

During the last ten years or so, I have found myself wandering away from 2D graphics. I taught myself to make beaded jewellery and opened an online shop for my jewellery about a year ago. I started blogging in April 2009.

You never know. I may need someone to help me edit some texts at some point. If it turns out that there in not really anything that we can collaborate on, at least I have gotten aquainted with an interesting person.

Best wishes,
Christina Wigren (aka "Anna")
